Those who use/used baby tracking apps - when did you stop using it

My girl is 18m and I don’t use to rely on it but more so out of habit I’ve realised
She has a set routine now really so I don’t need to use it but curious to know when others dropped

I realised too I was using it out of habit to track sleep, even though my boy’s routine had become quite predictable, I stopped tracking when he was 21 months old

My LO is 18 months but I’m struggling to set a routine. Any tips? X

I dropped at about 14 months but mainly because I went back to work / he’s with other people during the week so wasn’t worth it x

I stopped at a year (just after I paid for another membership). Granted I did use it to track tylenol and advil doses when she had the flu and that was super helpful!

I still use huckleberry at 2 because my daughter is very autistic. With a 3 month old that is a purple cryer , and a 2 year old baby that is severely autistic . The meltdowns and two kids screaming . Have me going ballistic and I just can’t keep up. I done had to add my name on thier , because I couldn’t remember when I took my meds lol. I’m on penicillin after a tooth pulled I couldn’t remember when every six hours was lmfao mom brain. Nothing wrong with using forever lol

HOW are we waking our newborns?!

I'm trying to not go longer than 3 hours inbetween breastfeeds as my baby is not back to birthweight and my boobs are feeling quite engorged.

I'm having such a hard time waking my baby up for feeds and everything I'm reading online is about newborns feeding constantly, mine feels like the opposite?

I've tried changing, stripping down, cold water on belly, ticking feet, blowing, placing on a cold changing mat, talking, moving. It's taking me around 20 minutes to wake.

Surely this isn't normal. I'm worried I won't even make it to 8 feeds today.

Switching to formula

I will have exclusively fed my 3 month old breastmilk in 2 weeks time and I think for my mental health I want to combo feed. Does anyone have any tips on this? I currently pump 7 times within 24 hours and would like to reduce that so I can live without having to pump every 3 hours. Any tips or advice would be appreciated. Xxx

Locking toddlers bedroom door

Do you think it’s ok to lock 3.5 year olds bedroom door? She keeps coming out and waking up the whole family so struggling to function. Or is it cruel to do that?

My mom died, feels like my kids mom did

My mom died a month ago. She was a huge part of my life, and was there for me every time I needed her without question. She died unexpectedly from a stroke, and since then I feel like I'm in a life I don't recognize.

I see no light at the end of the tunnel. I see a life without the person who loved me most. And now my kids get this shell of a person as their mom. I feel no joy, i cry and I'm angry. The kind of mom no one really cries over. Nothing like my own.

If you've been through this please tell me it gets easier. That one day you wake up not wanting to just go back to sleep.

Baby carriers

Are there any in store shops where I can go and look at baby carriers ? I just want to see and feel the quality of them before spending money on them and would just prefer to physically see the product before I buy :)
Thanks :)
