Thankyou so much for the advice ladies. I’m a first time mum and I’ve never experienced having any type of stretch marks and they have made me feel super uncomfortable 😣
You can use bio oil ☺️ it's good how many weeks are you ? ☺️
Try Jojoba Oil- it’s completely natural, very closely matched to our skins natural sebum and penetrates deep in the skin layers to help moisturise and soften. I swear by it atm 🙏🏼 xx
I would recommend staying well hydrated and moisturize skin with happy events and olive oil.
I use the mama mio tummy butter, smells amazing!
Oat bath xx
I had this with my 1st. It was abs horrendous to the point I made myself bleed by scratching. Nothing helped me really not even camomile lotion. The only thing that offered some temporary relief was a Luke warm soak in the bath. Not long to go hun. Hang on in there. X
That's weird for her to say lol. Typically just keeping your skin hydrated will subside and stop the itch. While it's also normal, itching itself causes more stretch marks because the skin is stretching and on top youre essentially causing damage by itching it often.
I found Shea Butter and Coco butter to be ideal. The most important being within getting 5 minutes of getting out of the shower. Also instead of itching just rubbing a solid oil or moisturizer on honestly stops it from my experience
I've been drinking tons of water and using palmers belly butter and my stretch marks for the most part very minimal. I also use a belly band when walking.
I'm using coconut oil, it's really nice (and affordable)
I rub coconut oil on my stretch marks everyday and if I take a bath I’ll add about a tablespoon of it as well
Thankyou everyone ❤️
Could be the start of PUPPP, I had this and it's a horrible itchy rash which starts on your bump stretch marks and then often spreads to your limbs and other areas. Basically the only place it never covers is your face or upper torso.
I've always used bio oli for stretch marks when I was pregnant with my daughter it's helped alot x
Sweet almond oil was my stretch mark godsend! It helped a ton with the itching. You got this, mama! ❤️
Bag Balm
Try a silicone sheet. AmaZon sells them. It keeps stretch marks from getting worse.
Oh also I had a shirt that was like plastic lined. It held in all the oils I used on my belly. I had cholestasis ans then PUP rash so I know all about being itchy. It’s the literal worst.
Oh god that brings back memory’s I had the same thing especially at the end it would drive me insane I tried the bio oil and palmers I tried all sorts to get it to stop itching and nothing would work the doctors said the same to me the only things that ended up working was it only stopped once I give birth the only things that would sort of help a tiny bit was anything really cold etc to sooth it a bit hopefully you won’t have to put up with it too much longer ! X
I use this oil after showers, it’s helped so much!!

If you’re itchy, a warm (not hot obviously) washcloth over your tummy could help. Apply your fave moisturizing treatment (coconut oil, Shea butter, whatever) and then moisten and wring out a cloth and put over top of belly.
Kinda the same idea as a silicone sheet or tummy mask but DIY - so much cheaper. Lol
I had this. It’s PEP or PUPPS rash. Doctor gave me some antihistmines which really helped. Unfortunately it cannot be cured and the only way to get rid of it is to give birth.
I found running the cold shower over it was the best way to relieve the itch. I was having 3 cold showers a day. I also used old grandpas pine soap. People swear upon it and I think it helped a bit x
Coconut oil and vitamin e oil
