Does anybody have a checklist of the essentials for a newborn please? I feel VERY unprepared and would love like an idiots guide to newborn stuff i.e how many baby grows are needed, how many bottles etc
Thank you

someone recently shared a list for a baby medical bag, things you might need in the middle of the night etc. but for the life of me I can’t find it! Anyone else come across that?? xx

Personally two items I would highly recommend packing from my experience are 1. Baby Milk Formula Liquid Starter Pack from Birth with teats I used Cow & Gate but any brand your comfortable with just in case. 2. For after birth, for yourself I highly recommend the Lansinoh post birth wash bottle. Any questions let me know. X

Probably forgetting something but this is mine

So far we haven't bought much.
Clothing wise I wouldn't bother with outfits early as. I'm just sticking with baby grows, vests etc as it's easier.
Got the travel system to buy
Bedside crib (secondhand if I can)
Moses basket for downstairs (secondhand if I can)
Changing mat X 2 (one upstairs one downstairs)
Not bothering with a changing table or specific nursery furniture. Just got a cot from a family member, getting a double wardrobe and some drawers and that's it.
Hoping to use reusable nappies eventually, but buying some disposable ones for the first few weeks until we get into the swing of things. Opting to use flannels etc rather than plastic wipes. Not bothering with a nappy bin as it seems a pointless purchase when we have a bin outside.
Haven't considered anything yet in terms of feeding - id like to try breastfeeding but don't wanna be hard on myself if it doesn't work out
