I am exhausted and not sure why she has such hard time sleeping.

I’m worked on the art of putting mine down asleep. So would rock/pace with her and when I was certain she was asleep oh-so-slowly put her down. Slightly angled so legs first, stops them waking up feeling they are falling.
I also found co sleeping helped, but didn’t start that until she was older. Feed to sleep and then ninja roll away.
It’s hard!

Having exactly the same basically. Today little man has had one nap! Not sure how tonight's gonna go but I am exhausted.
Fingers crossed we get a good night's sleep xx

Sounds really tough but also very normal for this age!!! Have you considered bedsharing to help you rest and respond quickly to wake ups??
Alternatively I suggest looking at heysleepybaby and motherbabysleep on instagram as they both have amazing advice!!
My son woke hourly until about a year which sucked but its very normal and he still doesn’t sleep through at almost two!
Sorry thats not great advice, but know you’re not alone! Xx

Does your baby have a “Liney” like a little blanket that smells like you and them? All my babies had one and from six months on I let them sleep with it, helps a lot

At 5m she should be getting 3-4 naps per day. So it sounds like she is overtired? It is normal for them to have short naps at that age, so to accommodate you just need to offer more naps. Wake window for 5-7m should be about 2-3 hours. On the shorter end for 5m so I’d say 2-2.5 hours.
Having nap routines and bed time routine is also important as it helps little one prepare for sleep and wind down from the stimulation.
Does it fit into your schedule to have her bedtime between 7pm to 8pm?
Feel free to message me if you need more help with wake window, routines and schedule for little ones sleep ☺️

Try giving her a bath at night and read a book to her. Then rock her to sleep with white noise. That helps my little guy ❤️
