We put our little girl down around 8pm and she will then last anywhere between 5-6am has her bottle and then will go back to sleep until 9/9.30 she is 3 months old x

I'm only recently tracking this but over the past three days my 11 week old is averaging 10 hours. He's EBF and will have a nap around 6-7, then goes to sleep for the night between 8 and 9 then sleeps in 2-3 chunks of sleep which varies between 2 hours and 5 hours. Does your LO nap a lot during the day? Maybe they're just a low sleep needs baby!

Mine does 10 hours at night, with 2-4 wakings for food. She has maybe 4-5 hours during the day as well.

My LO is 3 months and for the past few weeks we do her night routine starting at 7/8pm and she goes down for bed at 9/10pm and then sleeps through till 8/9am

She normally gets tired every 2 hours for a nap and will usually go down for the night at 8pm. She will then wake up every 3 - 5 hours for a feed. It’s only just started going longer at night over the past couple of days. She’s EBF.

We start our bedtime routine around 7/8 and baby girl is usually asleep by 9/10 she will stir around 4/4:30, she won’t necessarily wake up, but I give her a quick feed and then she’s asleep again anywhere between 7:30/9:30.

My little one goes down at 9pm and wakes every 2 hours for a feed ! She’s EBF but I don’t mind I like the extra cuddles 🤣🤣🤣

Usually 8/9 hours

I'm curious to know.. when people say their babies sleep through, does their babies not wake up what so ever ?? My little girl can do 5 or 6 hours but that consists of a couple stirrings and putting her dummy back in a few times...

Around 10 to 11 hours but she normally wakes around 3 for a small feed x

My baby has her last bottle at 10pm then she’s asleep and in her crib by 11pm and she doesn’t wake till anywhere between 7:30am-9am for her morning bottle :)

Bedtime routine at 7.30pm to be in his next to me asleep by 8.30pm and he usually wakes around 2am for a feed, change, feed (EBF) then asleep again 3-7/8am! After that middle of the night feed he can be quite restless and fidgety but I’ve found swaddling him quite tightly helps a lot 😊 just dreading the transition out of it! We tried once, unsuccessfully, a week ago!

Every night is different for us as my LO suffers quite badly with silent reflux.

I start my routine at 8pm, bath, feed, cuddles and then I usually try get him asleep for 10pm.. but sometimes it can be closer to 22 depending on his reflux.

I’ve had a few nights where he has gone from 10-3/4 and then feed, back down an hour later to sleep till 7.

Other night it can be awful and be every 1/2 hours, lots of stirring etc.

Still waiting for that 8 hour stretch 😞😞 or at least a more consistent routine.

He is EBF too x

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Hour night wakes and 5am get up

Can anyone shed some light as to why on earth my child doesn’t want to sleep??? My eyeballs are bleeding!!

Never been a good sleeper, but the problems always changing. He’s nearly 9 months old.

Beginning of the month he dropped to 2 naps. We could put him to bed at 7pm and he’d get up for the day at 6am, with multiple wake ups every 2/3 hours.

Now we put him down at 7pm, he can do a good 4/5 hour stretch, but come 1/2am he’s up every hour then getting up for the day at 5am. This then completely messes up the day because I can’t keep him awake long enough to even get to 7pm, let alone later.

He has 2 naps, roughly about 1hr10 each but it changed based on when he wakes and trying to get him to a reasonable bed time.

What could be the reason for this? 6am is fine, but 5am is not 😩😩

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon 😂

No more naps! 10 month old

For a few days now my 10m old has fought her 2 daily naps. Normally her wake windows were 3-4 hours and she is now eventually napping after a 6 hour wake window. Today was only one nap, she skipped the second one. Used to nap like clockwork so I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Also very unsettled most nights and doesn’t sleep well at all
