I do 50/50 purée and blw. I’m really struggling to think of dinner ideas that work for the whole family. I’d love if anyone had some ideas or favourite meals.

Slow cooker or pressure cooker meals have been great for my family. We've done a pot roast with veggies and beef stew. The meat gets soft enough for baby to also eat. Vegetables are also soft and go down easy. My son greatly enjoyed these meals.
Other ideas:
Pasta with vegetables/chicken and a simple olive oil, dried basil and vinegar sauce.
Thick soups like tomato soup with white kidney beans, Butternut squash, leek and potato with bread that can be dipped on the side.
I've been roasting off a big tray of various in season vegetables which have been a hit with whatever protein you'd like.

Sous vide or instant pot cooks meat to a nice texture.
do you have an Insta pot recipe you like? I have one of those, but not a sous vide

I just look up cooking times online for whatever meat I'm putting in it.
I really should start doing one pot meals in it, though!
I also have a 3.5yo who is a 'selective' eater, so I usually try to have all the components of a meal separate - either cooked by themselves or separated afterward. That way he can clearly see what he's eating and decide what and how much to try.

I keep seeing ads for 'the family freezer', which I think are instant pot recipes

Currys in the slow cooker. I mash it up and add rice or quinoa for him to be able to eat it with his hands.
My go to’s are usually rice or quinoa and then I add either cooked veggies or raw veggies that are cut suuuper tiny (cherry tomatoes, very thin and small slices of cucumber, ect).
Fish. Cooked in the oven. It’s flaky so perfect for babies. Just watch out for their bones.
Mashed potatoes and then I add stuff in it like veggies, chia seeds, hemp seeds, meat that’s cut super tiny…
Greek yogurt with fruits and chia seeds or almond flour or coconut flour.
Smoothies are great! Because with your fruit, you can add nuts, spinach or other leafy greens like kale or lettuce, celery, and really whatever you want so it’s packed with nutrients but feels like dessert because of all the fruits it in.
Toasts with hummus, or a nut butter, or applacesauce and a bit of cinnamon
Pasta as mentioned by others
Mini muffins - savory or sweet
Scrambled eggs
Zuchini noodles and pesto
