Is it possible to ovulate CD 20 or later?

My last cycle was 35 days which is unusual for me (had great fun thinking I had a missed period and being I was convinced I was pregnant, only for it to arrive on Xmas day a week late šŸ™)

I’ve been using ovulation tests this month for the first time, and according to the tests I still haven’t ovulated. I’m starting to worry now! I started ovulation tests on CD 13 as per instructions.

What’s going on? 😩

Yes, I ovulate late, CD 18-20 (which I never realised until starting to track my ovulation) and it's not been an issue getting pregnant thus far. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant after ovulating on CD 20 in December. I've been pregnant 3 times in the last 9 months, but unfortunately first 2 ended in miscarriages at 14 weeks and 5 weeks (hoping this is my rainbow now). My first pregnancy was also twins, so I think ovulating late isn't necessary an issue. The important thing is how long your luteal phase is, and is there enough time between ovulation and your next period for progesterone to rise and egg to implant successfully. Baby dust to you x
