If any fellow April mums are going through the 9 month sleep regression and need to cry about it, I can provide biscuits. I heard this was the worst one but oh my god it’s hits me like a ton of bricks. Any advice on how to cope with this please 🥲

It's awful, isn't it 😭

where do they get the energy from??😂 does it last long? What’s the craic ahah

I had this last week. It was so rough! Ms Rachel was our best friend 🤣 our lasted a week, preying it’s over for you soon!

I thought I was winning last night as it got to 1am and he hasn't woken up. 1.06am,he was up and didn't go back to sleep til just after 3, then woke up twice after that 😴😴 #coffeeneeded

honestly Ms Rachel is a saviour 😂 it got to the point where I was in the cot to cuddle her but she took that as play time 🫠 and thank you, a week looks bearable so I’ll keep my fingers crossed we’re the same!

help yourself to a large coffee! Did he get hyper to see you?

I’m going through this now 😞 it’s so hard! ❤️ sending love to you all going through the same

so initially I gave him a cuddle but he just couldn't settle, so we ended up sitting on my bed playing with some of his toys 🤣

we’ve all got this in the bag, I hope you’re ok 🤍

😂😂 love that. I’ll say a little prayer tonight that all us mums get a full 12 hours sleep lol

And breakfast in bed 👍🏼

I'd happily take 7-8 right now. Good luck everyone x

anything uninterrupted pretty much

Sorry no advice to offer but he is cute 🥰

I feel like I have jet lag permanently 😂 🤢

Gosh your little boy looks like mine ... Yep . Sam thing going through it ... Keeps standing up x

oh my, does my daughter really look like a boy 🥲😂 it’s the lack of hair isn’t it

the days and nights just blend into one dont they 🫠

Is it the worst one?
Just gone through it, lasted 3 weeks

you tell me 😅

I never had any regressions or leaps that I noticed... Then this! 😭 Send help

It’s something right 🫠

Yup! Took our little boy to bed at 7.30pm and it was gone 10pm before he was actually asleep.
And the more I say it’s bedtime, the more he wants to laugh at me and throw his dummy at me.
But then if I leave the room he cries his heart out. And I’m not a mum that supports CIO personally.
I know he’ll be awake in a couple of hours wanting to play again 🫣

I have to turn around when my girl starts smiling and laughing because I want to join in 😂😂 it’s heartbreaking I know, takes a strong person to not get tears in there eyes and I am not that person. Please get some sleep while you can 🤍

It's so true and not good at alllll 😑

Same here. He has been awake since 3 this morning, and at 5, I gave in and gave him boob ( he doesn't have milk between 8pm and 6am normally. It's usually a cuddle, fall asleep, and back in the cot for us when he wakes, but this hasn't been the case for the last 2 weeks

I'm up again too ladies... Hope this ends soon 😴😴

literally the energy they get is unreal

Needs must at this point. Hope he’s gone back to sleep x

we’ve got this, you can push through x

thanks Lucy . Can't be mad at this little face for too long , no matter how tired I am💕

Mine little girl is doing the same! 4am thinks it’s time to get up! 😩. Glad she’s not the only one. Although I’m going back to work soon so this needs to end quickly.!!! X

her little face 🥹 no you can’t be mad one bit x

you’re not alone and you can do this 🤍 good luck with returning to work, I have full faith baby girl will pass this phase soon x

oh I am so sorry no she doesn't look like a boy think it's just because I have a little boy so that's my go to. She is lovely Xx
