My little coco pillow sleep mist - Yay or nay?

Does this product actually work? I’ve had a friend recommend the pillow mist as it worked for her son as my little one is such a troubled sleeper! But curious to know if any other mums out there have tried it? Does it actually work?

It’s definitely just a gimmick. Someone kindly bought us some when we had our son - never worked. Smells delicious though!

thank you! I feel at this stage I’m ready to try anything in hope for something to work but had a feeling it’s all false hope 😭😩

Instead of this I use the sleepy head baby oil one of there other products and use it after her bath and massage on her body and then I rub a little on her pjs, I think it’s a nice thing to add in her night time routine, she sleeps through the night not sure if it helps but she enjoys the massage with it after her bath and it smells so nice!

Smells nice but makes absolutely no difference 😂

I found that this one is so strong the smell put me off and baby didn't like it. Def a gimmick but Boots do a nice selection of Roahl Dahl ones which smell lovely and my baby had always had them.

We bought sleep mist but a diff brand - I feel that it makes us sleepy than it does her….we have to spray loads of it though for it to actually work on her and half the time I’m not sure if she’s sleeping coz she eventually gives in or if it’s the spray lol! she naps ok during day but night time is a whole diff story!! Tried everything for her. Smells amazing tho

I’ve tried bath time then a good oil massage but that doesn’t do it for us.
I had shower straight after and literally was ready to sleep but this one- showed no signs 😂
We’re going to miss all this soon x

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Combi feeding advice

Has anyone gone from EBF to combi feeding? Currently do one bottle of EBM per night and they one half formula half breast milk mixed in the day. The other times she still feeds on me. Ideally I want to feed all day via bottle and all night with breast. She’s 7 weeks and takes a bottle well, how long should I leave it before adding another bottle to her daily routine?

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰
