I’m day 7 after my FET and the only symptom I have is twinges and occasional cramps in my pelvis that feel very similar to when my period is about to come. During a natural cycle my luteal phase has always been 14 days without any progesterone support, so now I’m just wondering what the chances are of my period coming early this cycle as I keep feeling like it’s about to? I’m on Lubion once a day and a 400mg Cyclogest pessary once a day. Am I overthinking?

You could ask your clinic to do a progesterone blood test to check your levels, if it would help your concern. I had bled before pregnancy test before but only when my progesterone levels weren’t high enough.

I’m currently day 8 and sounds like I have same pains as you. For my pst 2 FET I’ve never bled early before coming off progesterone however I did when it was a fresh transfer.
I believe with a frozen it’s a lot more difficult for bleeding to occur but def check with your clinic if you’re not sure.
Not long until we can test 🤞💞

My period came before test day on my first and second round, but I was only on one dose of daily progesterone. I'm not sure if it was low progesterone that caused my bleeding, or simply that the embryos hadn't stuck and my body decided it may as well get rid of all that thick lining! Definitely check with your clinic if you're concerned, they might be able to test your levels - although I'd assume that you'll be fine if you're on a double dose. It's probably just individual variation - some people come on their period early after failed transfer, some later. But everything crossed for you that it's not going to come at all! 🙂🤞🏻

My experience was that the lubion stopped breakthrough bleeding. I did 3 fresh rounds with cyclogest only and always bled early. I’ve since done a fresh and a frozen with lubion added in and didn’t bleed until a couple of days after I stopped the lubion. Everyone’s different and ultimately it won’t affect whether the embryo has implanted or not, so try not to worry. Yes, you probably are overthinking but that’s what we all do!! Good luck lovely x
