Sensitive cervix 28 weeks

Has anyone else suffered with an extra sensitive cervix in pregnancy?

Since very early on I’ve had on and off spotting I’ve had my cervix checked twice, vaginal ultrasound and baby was absolutely fine!

It just gets me so worried and I don’t want to keep having cervix checks (the last one caused more bleeding) - it’s not so bad atm as it is very minimal (more just a tiny bit in underwear) and I can be reassured by baby moving and of course look out for other things just feel like the only one sometimes 😅

I have it - sex very much iniciates this as any cervical checks... I always have blood after swabs or cervical scans/checks

mine is definteily so random! sex has been fine the past few times also, most of the time I put it down to walking / standing maybe too much? I don’t know if it can be a cause but there doesn’t seem to be much else to initiate it 🤷🏼‍♀️, I know it can happen without reason it’s just so frustrating! x

As your pregnancy progress your cervix becomes more sensitive. With me there is a clear link between any interference with my cervix. But I have a blood mixed with my discharge and it is very pink. Walking should not be initiating this ... As long as it is not coming from the baby, there might another medical reason for this.. but should not be too concerning eg you might have polyps or your cervix needs more time for healing after these checks xxxx

There has never been a direct link with mine, even after examinations, they know it isn’t from the baby / placenta which is of course what they checked for they just said to me sometimes they don’t know the reason why. It’s the strangest thing 🤷🏼‍♀️ xxx

If more cervix checks cause more bleeding, as you mentioned then Def there is a link :) did they check baby by doing a scan ?

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!
