Oh yeah definitely experience that! I actually just read one of these articles on why we have them and it’s something about like it relaxes our rectum muscles, but the cramps we receive from the period poops are excruciating and all part of this big process of our bodies shedding the old lining.

When I was getting my wedding dress my friend was like “aren’t you going to wear some sexy underwear”
like no. We are wearing a tampon, pad, underwear, shorts and literally everything to avoid having blood show up on my wedding dress in front of everyone.

When my stomach starts rumbling that's how I know Flo is on her way lmao it's not fun.
