I personally use pampers! I do like the fit of huggies but they gave my daughter terrible chemical burns! they’re just not a safe brand to use, they have an active lawsuit going on for this reason!
My daughter only used 1 box of newborn diapers and she was 7lbs 9oz!
I’m not sure if you’re having a baby shower but if you do, do a diaper raffle!! My daughter is 16 months, 1 years old and 4 months and I bought her first box of diapers myself at 13 months. I’d never bought her diapers before then!! you can also trade in any diaper sizes without the receipt if your baby is going up a size. You’ll need all sizes eventually!! Hope this helps :)

I use pampers I don’t like Huggies because my son would be red like a rash from the diapers so pampers are best for my son

thank you love 💕 helped a ton 🥰 so no Huggies ..
How many diapers do you think your kid use in a day ? Or a month ?

ok no Huggies 😆 thank you hun !

of course💗
in the beginning I think it was around 6-8 but it does cut back after the newborn stage so now it’s like 3-4. Shes also in the process of being potty trained so sometimes it’s less than that!

Pampers for diapers, Huggies for pull-ups :) also, ask for more fo the bigger sizes. My daughter was in NB diapers for like 2 weeks and I had a TON

I use Huggies. My daughter has blowouts in pampers. We go through 6-10 diapers a day. My daughter is 2 1/2 months and just now hitting a size 1

We started with huggies but switched to pampers.

Huggies overall but I like how pampers "absorb" the poopy diapers better

Rascals and friends

personally i don’t use either
the walmart brand (parents choice) and a brand called millie moon at target. I love love love them. especially millie moon, they are soft and baby hasn’t had a single blowout in them and does not get diaper rash with them. My baby got a bad diaper rash with pampers that left a blister.

I agree with getting a few different types to start to see what works for baby and what you prefer. I ended up like Huggies best. Now we use Costco brand which are very similar to Huggies.

Huggies actually manufactures the Kirkland brand diapers 😊

Pampers or purple cloud aka parents choice ( walmarts brand) my parents used it for me my brother and sister and also iv been useing them for my princess so I highly recommend

Honestly I know mums who hate pampers and love Huggies and vice versa. I really like pampers but that’s because I found my daughter had leaks from Huggies even though she is and was very petite. It’s no criticism of the diaper , I honestly think it’s just what works and fits with each kid. You could try and get a mix and see.

I would definitely get a mix in the beginning because every baby reacts differently and you’ll want to try a few and decide what’s best. For us pampers actually gave her a huge rash, flaked all over her leg, and leaked. We’ve never had a single issue with Huggies. No overnight leakages and she’s only blown out a handful of times. (She’s 13mo old now). So again it’s different for every baby. I also agree you should do a diaper raffle and ask for the bigger sizes. My daughter had SO many newborn sizes and she was only in them for a couple weeks. We still have 2 boxes (opened) that are collecting dust in our storage room😂 you can exchange unopened boxes without a receipt if you need a different size or brand. So honestly the more the merrier. We didn’t start buying her diapers until she was 8mo old. It’s extremely helpful to have a stockpile. Hope this helps🤍 congrats on your little one!

I use cloth. Huggies gave my boy chemical burns and I was too scared to b try anymore disposables so I jumped to cloth and never looked back I love them way more than I thought I would

My husband helped raise his nephew and when I asked him this question he said pampers are definitely the best and parents choice were his second favorite. Im pretty sure it depends on the baby though since they're all different shapes and sizes so what fits one the best may not be the best for another.

my daughter got a rash with both so i use millie moon

The honest brand or coterie subscriptions 👍🏻👍🏻

Pampers, my daughter got really bad diaper rash with Huggies which stopped after we changed to Pampers.

u welcome

Pampers! We started with Huggies and my son came down with a bad rash around 7 months, so we switched to pampers pure and everything has cleared up since! I know a few other moms who’s LOs have had rashes from Huggies as well

When my LO was a newborn we preffered pampers now he does better with huggies. One good thing is that you can exchange unopened boxes/packages of diapers at target and Walmart.
