Hey mums!!
My daughter is 6m old and her sleep has completely been thrown off for the last week! Before now she would sleep from 6:30pm - 5am have a bottle and then go to sleep until about 7:30am (sometimes sleeping all night) and suddenly now, she’s up every 2/3 hours!
We were “warned” about the 4 month sleep regression but never experienced that as my daughter has always been a great sleeper (something that we don’t take for granted) but haven’t heard of them going through a 6 month sleep regression - I am wondering if anyone else’s LO has gone through the same thing?
I’m keeping to routine, so nothing has changed and she’s very happy in herself - I guess it’s one of these things 🩷

It's not a regression at 6 months its generally learning new skills impacting sleep so sitting etc.
It passes.

6 month sleep is all I see on here at the moment, so many people are going though this 😵💫

My baby is 6m & 2 weeks now, but around a week ago he went through this regression! (Also missed the 4m regression, thought I’d got away with it🤣) He was learning to sit and push up on all fours at the same time so not sure if it was also learning a new skill. But he was awake every 2 hours!🥲 a week later he’s back to his normal schedule, it was rough but it gets better! Xx

Iv gone through the same thing since my little girl turned 6 months. She was sleeping from 7:30pm till 5/6am without a bottle now is up every 3 hours.
I’m hoping it’s to do with new skills and not forever because she’s nearly 7 months now and her sleep is still messed up 😅 haven’t changed anything either so I feel you.
We’ve Co slept for two weeks tomorrow and ive managed to get him into his carrycot!! Feeling so happy cant wait for a bit of proper sleep tonight 🤣

Has anyone turned their breast milk into jewellery? I’ve seen ads for stores in Canada and the US but would love to know if anyone’s used a uk jeweller and
get some recommendations.

I know it’s a very personal choice and it’s recommended to until they’re at least 6 months old but our baby can definitely sense we’re in the room and overnight especially during their light sleep, I’m convinced I’m waking them up. Have you noticed any improvement to their sleep if you have decided to sleep independently?

Mums, I’m honestly at the end of my wits with the crying 😭
My little one is 8 weeks old and lately he seems to cry so much. I’m finding it really overwhelming and stressful.
I feel awful saying this, but I’m finding it really hard to enjoy motherhood at the moment because so much of the day feels like trying to settle a crying baby.
For anyone who went through a really fussy/crying phase around this age — when did it start getting better for you? I just need some hope that this phase does pass. 🤍

What time are people putting their little one to bed for the night ? Struggling to know when to bring his bedtime earlier or if we should just go off the time that he wakes up from his last nap?
