Mums, I’m honestly at the end of my wits with the crying 😭
My little one is 8 weeks old and lately he seems to cry so much. I’m finding it really overwhelming and stressful.
I feel awful saying this, but I’m finding it really hard to enjoy motherhood at the moment because so much of the day feels like trying to settle a crying baby.
For anyone who went through a really fussy/crying phase around this age — when did it start getting better for you? I just need some hope that this phase does pass. 🤍

It definitely does pass. You’re doing a great job, it’s so hard when they don’t stop crying. Do you have headphones? Put some music on to keep yourself calm. Your baby is still safe with you and you can still comfort them but it will help to keep yourself sane while they are going through this phase x

Please keep in mind that it will and does pass! I genuinly honestly thought it never would. My little girl would SCREAM for hours, we literally couldnt do anything. It was a really really tough time! Around 12/13 weeks the crying started tapering off and improved a lot. Shes just turned 5 months and honestly those days feel like a distant memory. Stay strong! Also second the comment above with headphones! X

I was gonna ask the same thing. My LO wants to be held all the time and cries when being placed in anything. Sometimes he can tolerate the stroller. He’s always wanting to feed and doesn’t sleep much unless he’s in the car or I co sleep. Other than that he’s a happy baby

8 weeks is literally the worst! But my bubba is 10 weeks nearly and ive already noticed he’s crying less… keep going mumma, get some headphones, i felt guilty with music so i use my loops which takes the edge off and never feel bad for putting them down for your headspace :) x it gets better i promise!! X

18 weeks here and while she’s in the depths of a sleep regression, even though she’s often tired there’s nothing like the screaming we had at 8 weeks. Worst was about 7 straight hours. There was no magic day it stopped, just realised around 12-13 weeks that I hadn’t finished the audiobook I’d had on through my noise cancelling headphones while I bounced a screaming baby for hours.
New challenges will crop up but this screaming marathon absolutely will end.

Welcome to parenthood, the bits no one mentions. So loud! I started listening to audio books. Gosh one time I even put my site ear defenders on.
It definitely does pass and becomes a distant memory. Now mine are screaming at me for other things 😆
We’ve Co slept for two weeks tomorrow and ive managed to get him into his carrycot!! Feeling so happy cant wait for a bit of proper sleep tonight 🤣

Has anyone turned their breast milk into jewellery? I’ve seen ads for stores in Canada and the US but would love to know if anyone’s used a uk jeweller and
get some recommendations.

I know it’s a very personal choice and it’s recommended to until they’re at least 6 months old but our baby can definitely sense we’re in the room and overnight especially during their light sleep, I’m convinced I’m waking them up. Have you noticed any improvement to their sleep if you have decided to sleep independently?

Hey ladies.
I am only breastfeeding my baby and I would like to go out for a longer walk/shops, but I don't feel confident breastfeeding outside. So I am seeking some advice on how I can feed my LO with breast milk only in public. Thank you.

What time are people putting their little one to bed for the night ? Struggling to know when to bring his bedtime earlier or if we should just go off the time that he wakes up from his last nap?
