What time are people putting their little one to bed for the night ? Struggling to know when to bring his bedtime earlier or if we should just go off the time that he wakes up from his last nap?

I go by feeds and naps. My little ones biggest sleep is 1am-6am but he sleeps from 10.30pm-1am so I say bedtime currently is 10.30pm as he doesn’t always nap between the 7.30/8pm feed till 10pm.
I just follow his lead, once his feeds get bigger and he sleeps through longer periods I would then look at doing firm bedtimes. My middle child (21 months) bedtime is between 7.30/8 and we set that around 6-9month mark

How old is your little one? Mine is 12 weeks old and his bedtime routine starts around 7:30pm. He will sleep from around 8:30 till 10:30 have his dream feed then go back to sleep around 11 and sleep till 6am. Not sure if this is just us being lucky 😅

11 weeks and between 9-10pm. Im not pushing for a routine until he’s 3+ months, but he knows his bedtime

My 12 week old was going to bed at 10pm consistently until she reached week 11 and all of sudden this week she’s been getting really sleeping around 7-8pm! I’m not sure why and it’s throwing feeding off balance because her last bottle is at 10pm. Sometimes I’ll do a dream feed then to make sure she goes to bed full, but other times I’ll leave her be, until she wakes up to eat. I just follow her feed if she stays asleep it means she’s tired if she wakes up it means she’s hungry.

We generally do bath time about 7.00 then into bed at 8. However the last couple of nights have been later and shes slept through until 5am ish. Im not sure how to follow her wake windows etc as she is bf and feeds when she wants. She doesn't always follow the naps set on napper either so I just go with the sleepy ques she gives me

I used to aim for 9 but have changed to 8. She wakes for night feeds at the same time but she’s tired by then and it gives me an extra hour in the evening. I get her to nap in the carrier before I put her to bed so when I do nappy change swaddle and feed she’s drowsy. I tried bathing before bedtime but it never helped her

Currently any time between 10-11pm, depending on the naps/wake windows etc during the day 😊

For me my 2 month old doesn’t have a bedtime routine. It’s hard to follow a bedtime routine when all they do is drink milk and sleep throughout the day and night! However, i follow his lead but generally, he get’s very sleepy around 11:00pm and usually awake at 6am.
We’ve Co slept for two weeks tomorrow and ive managed to get him into his carrycot!! Feeling so happy cant wait for a bit of proper sleep tonight 🤣

Has anyone turned their breast milk into jewellery? I’ve seen ads for stores in Canada and the US but would love to know if anyone’s used a uk jeweller and
get some recommendations.

I know it’s a very personal choice and it’s recommended to until they’re at least 6 months old but our baby can definitely sense we’re in the room and overnight especially during their light sleep, I’m convinced I’m waking them up. Have you noticed any improvement to their sleep if you have decided to sleep independently?

Mums, I’m honestly at the end of my wits with the crying 😭
My little one is 8 weeks old and lately he seems to cry so much. I’m finding it really overwhelming and stressful.
I feel awful saying this, but I’m finding it really hard to enjoy motherhood at the moment because so much of the day feels like trying to settle a crying baby.
For anyone who went through a really fussy/crying phase around this age — when did it start getting better for you? I just need some hope that this phase does pass. 🤍

Hey ladies.
I am only breastfeeding my baby and I would like to go out for a longer walk/shops, but I don't feel confident breastfeeding outside. So I am seeking some advice on how I can feed my LO with breast milk only in public. Thank you.
