4D scan at 32 weeks with an anterior placenta

Hey, just wondering if anyone has had a 4D scan at 32 weeks with an anterior placenta, my partner has booked one for me as a surprise but ended up telling me. The company called today to say we may not be able to see baby clearly as of how far gone I am.
Just wondering if anyone around the same weeks had a good experience and could share pictures if possible.
Tia xx

Hey, I had one at 30 weeks but my anterior is high. Is yours low? The place I went to said you can have them up to 34 weeks x

Hey, ah did that effect seeing the baby? I’m not sure Iv not been told if it’s high or low just said I have an anterior placenta x

No was babies position that meant we only saw snippets of his face but we still saw him & got a decent view of him (I didn’t expect to see anything clearly 😂) I think it’s worth going as most people on a group I’m in went around 30-32 xx

Oh wow that’s amazing 😍 do you have any tips of what to do before going for the scan? X

Think they told me to do 10/15min walk beforehand & some cold water right before going in. Just in case they’re in an odd position it should make them move a bit xx

Thankyou for your advice, and good luck in your pregnancy if you haven’t already had your bundle of joy 😊 xx

Hey!
I went for my 4D scan at 31 and it was a little unclear the first time and they booked me in again to try get a better view,
My baby had the placenta in front of their face but we still got a good view
I was told to drink a slush to make them move before you go in x

Well I tried 🤣

I’ve spoke to a few on here recently regarding Csection date and said I’d be begging for a date at my 28+5 week appointment .. I tried but got told no 🤣
On a brighter note they’ve promised they book it at my next consultant appointment at 31+5 so let’s hope they keep their word🤞🏻🤞🏻

Will be 16 months PP for my C section

In October I will be having baby #2 via c section 16 months after baby #1 via emergency c section. I am wondering if any mamas have had 2 c sections close together and how was the recovery of the second time? I am a little anxious that it will be more painful than the first time.

Staying Home 😫

Hey, good morning! So, I've been told to stay home from work because it's not safe for me and the baby. I'm only 15 weeks along, and I might be off until after maternity leave. I'm getting paid to be home, but I'm starting to feel depressed and lonely with nothing to wake up for in the morning; I just sit around all day watching TV. It's been like this for three weeks. Does anyone have any ideas for things I can do during the day to pass the time? I can't get another job; no one will hire me, and I just feel really lost. Any advice would be great, as I'm struggling – there's only so much cleaning and organizing I can do. Thank you.
