I got mine straight the way at the appointment and then my email came through an hour after with it on xx

I got my email with my code on pretty much as soon as I left the building!
I don’t think it should take that long no, I think you’ll have to ring in the morning and see what’s going on! That’s such a pain though! Xx

Did you girls get your pictures on the app ? I can only see the report they uploaded x

yea I got the pictures and my video on there x

did you have to pay for them? I cant see anything on mine lol might call them x

oh yea so I paid £15 and got 6 pictures and the video of the full scan x

Yeah I got the report, 3 pictures and a 30 second video. My scan was done at 8 weeks. I think I paid £10 or £15 for the pics and the video! They told me before I had the scan that that was something we could do! Xx

I would definitely ring, i got my code written down by the receptionist before i left, also paid £10 for the photos and video😊

I’m confused guys! I went last weeks and wasn’t given any code or anything? Showed me pics on a screen there told me to choose one and that’s what I went away with. X

They should have given you the option to buy a video and 3 more pics for £10!☹️ the code is so you can log into the app, download the report and pictures etc x

same as me! And I’m gutted now. I’ve been twice and they’ve never said about paying extra for more pictures and videos. I’ll have to remember to ask next time I go! X

the lady told me it was an offer they were doing at the moment so not sure if it’s the same at every clinic x
