Hello ladies I'm 1 month post c section and the recommendation recovery is 4-6weeks, when did u ladies start the gym again or does it just depend on you and how your body is ? I really miss the gym 😭

I didnt have a csection, but I used to work for women's running and the health advise we'd give is wait at least 8 weeks. Personally, I got a women's check and it noticed my lungs were flared and static so ive been working on that before starting at the gym to ensure my core will work as it's supposed to as soon as I start exercising so I don't create unnecessary injury.
