4 cm, 70% effaced
Today's my due date. The last few days I have been SUPER uncomfortable, with a ton of pressure in my pelvis and sore hips. Yesterday I had my "bloody show" and have consistently had pink-tinged mucus on the toilet paper and in the toilet when I go. I went on a loooong almost 5 mile walk to try and get things moving, and afterwards I started having irregular contractions that went on throughout the night and are still happening this morning but still 10 minutes apart on average and lasting about 30-40 seconds each. I had an appointment anyway since it's my due date, and they checked me, and told me I'm 4 cm dilated and 70% effaced and told me I could go home. FRUSTRATING! I was SURE today was the day. Anybody have a similar situation where they got sent home and ended up still having the baby later that day? 🤞🤞🤞 I'm so ready

I was sitting at 4cm and 80% for a week it was awful constant contractions but nothing consistent or long enough … i had the bloody show, lower pelvic pain all of it … I started having my labor contractions on his due date which was a week later …. I was cleaning the house vacuuming, mopping, dishes, laundry and two hours later started using labor contractions
