sex is a struggle

anyone else finding it physically challenging to have penetrative sex atm? i swear no matter the position my bump is in the way. can’t even reach around to put it in 🥲🥲

Haven't had sex since falling pregnant. Been too tired or ill. 🫠 Will be glad when baby is here 😂😂😂 xx

All good, when we find enough energy to get around to it.
Position: On my back, doubled up pillow under my hips/butt, him staying upright on his knees, also maintains good hand access for those who enjoy more than one type of stimulation.

Hard to explain but the last time we tried I found having 1 leg up on his diagonally opposite shoulder made it so the bump wasn't directly between us. Worked for me ( if i blocked out the cramp) but he has a mental block now that there's obviously a baby between us so probably won't be trying again until she's here 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

How long were you in hospital for after your first C-section? I am having my first C-section next week and would be grateful of any advice or information. Thanks

Royal London Hospital maternity Triage

Has anyone had any experience at the RLH maternity triage (6th floor) and if so, what was your experience like?

On two occassions I have been there regarding concerns with my health during this pregnancy and have had an unpleasent experience from the staff on the front desk, seems to be always one in particular where they have been dismissive with the sort of attitude like "why are you here" "we can't help you with that here" It's made me anxious about having to ever go there again, if need be. 🫤

16 week appointment…

Mine is next week so I’ll be early 17 weeks. What does the appointment entail? Has anyone else had theirs? Do we get a scan?

Did any mamas get nails done before c section?

Reading mixed things online saying that we can’t get them done bc the pulse reader? Just wanting to see if they actually really care x

Baby movements

I’m 24 weeks today and I’m struggling to work out a pattern with my baby’s movements!
I can feel them move, more at night and not a lot when I’m working, but I’m not sure what the right amount is.
Is there a knack to it that I’m missing or am I still too early for them to be consistent?
I downloaded the kick counter app but I’m not very good at logging things 🙈
