Really struggling to loose weight. I have 2 kids age 2 and 4 and want to loose 2.5 stone to be back at the weight i was. No matter how much i diet, exercise and cut out crappy food i still dont loose anything. How is everyone else loosing weight?? I starting to think im never gonna get there x

Calorie deficit is the only way. So if you can get the myfitnesspal app and you can scan in what yoy eat everyday. It will also work out your daily calorie intake that you need to gain/maintain/lose weight for you so you know.
Iv tried cutting my calories down but it didnt work still didnt loose anything x

I agree, calorie deficit is the only thing that worked for me. I found it really hard dropping down to 1500 a day but after a few weeks I started getting used to it

If you’re not losing weight, youre not in a calorie deficit ☺️ calculate your basal metabolic rate (loads of online calculators) and work out how much activity you’re doing each day, you need to be in a deficit of 3500 calories to lose 1lb of fat, which would require about 500 calorie deficit every day! Sounds like a lot but weight loss is just down to maths! The more energy you use throughout the day on top of your basal metabolic rate, the more calories you can consume and still be in a deficit. I’d aim for 200/300 calorie deficit each day and increase that number gradually so you don’t feel the need to binge or get too hungry. It’s definitely a marathon and not a sprint but you can 100% do it 🙌🏼🙌🏼 happy to help if you have any questions xx
