Hi guys
If you feel comfortable, would you mind sharing if you had a MC or MMC, how many weeks, and possible symptoms if any? 💔

2019-MMC. I was technically 8w5d but baby measured 6w5d with a heartbeat. Doctor said come back two weeks later. Come back, baby still measured 6w5d with no heartbeat. I didn’t cramp or bleed. My symptoms of nausea and sore boobs vanished a couple days before my follow up ultrasound and I just had a gut feeling that something was wrong. Ended up with a traumatic miscarriage and bled for like 5 weeks
Feb 2023-had a complete and spontaneous miscarriage at 6w4d again. I had some more intense cramping, no nausea at all during that pregnancy, my boobs stopped hurting. Got blood draws and HCG didn’t go up, progesterone was low, 3 days later I started to bleed and passed everything in 6 days
Now currently 9w3d with double rainbow. Hope this helps

MMC in early June 2023. I was around 13 weeks, but at the (first) ultrasound, they saw that the baby was measuring at 8w5d with no heartbeat. To be honest, leading up to the ultrasound, I had no alarming signs so I was walking around in full belief that I was still pregnant. I was experiencing sore boobs, fatigue and my jeans were even beginning to feel tight, so it really felt like something was growing inside of me. My midwife told me that it’s normal as everything aside the fetus itself was growing and sending my body signals to continue with the pregnancy.
I took the route of taking misoprostol to induce a miscarriage. I started bleeding 4-5 hours after taking the pill. I had cramps leading up to it, which were apparently contractions, but they weren’t so bad. What I wasn’t prepared for was actually feeling something “big” come out of me. I was in the shower to ease the cramps and then I felt something slippery/jelly-like “slip out” and it was a small sac.

After that, it was bleeding for about 2 days (no pain) and then spotting thereafter for about 2 weeks. I hope this info helps in whatever journey you’re going through! ❤️

Mmc at 9 weeks, stopped developing at 6 weeks. My nausea stopped abruptly. I didn't realize it meant anything at the time but it was a sign that baby had stopped growing. Eventually around 9 weeks I started spotting and then when I took another pregnancy test the line showed up much lighter. Cramping started a few days later and I passed everything within probably 3 days. Light bleeding/spotting after that for a couple weeks.

Miscarried at what I thought was 7 weeks. The week leading up to it, I stopped feeling pregnant. I had some light cramping too so I thought I could be miscarrying. Then Friday I started having very light spotting which stoped immediately. The next day, the same thing. Sunday a little more spotting but still very light and stopped right away. Monday morning I went to work and realized I was bleeding enough to fill a pad. Still not a lot of cramping though. Then that night I started having contractions type pains and passed the baby a couple hours later. Bleeding lasted a few days.

Like Sarha said, I wasn’t prepared to see my baby but I did. Once I passed the baby the contractions stopped. That’s why I’m also not sure I was 7 weeks.
Thanks for sharing guys. You are honestly super women. What a lot to go through, you should be proud of yourselves for navigating such a hard time.
