Has anyone travelled with RyanAir and checked their pram at the airplane door? We have a bugaboo fox 5 and will be travelling with a 2.5 month old - wondering if the bassinet and frame count as one or two pieces? (/ can we even take the bassinet to the door or do we need to check it at the desk?)

I think if it doesn't collapse at one, most airlines count it as 2 pieces. You can take prams all the way upto the gate
Thanks! It does collapse down as one piece, it’s just quite bulky. Wondering if there’s a size limit but can’t find anything on their website

I’ve just flown with Ryanair, we have a nuna which is quite bulky too and they counted it as 1 item but put two stickers on it just in case (the seat and the bottom pram bit). You take your pram right up until you get on the plane, then they’ll come and put the stickers on and take it from you. X

Did you end up flying with your bugaboo? My baby is three months and we have been debating a travel pram but she sleeps so well in the bassinet! Worried it will get scuffed? Xx
