Aptamil anti reflux milk!

Hey! Just wondering if anyone has there baby on aptamil anti reflux milk and what bottles you use? We’ve got my Mason on tommy tippee and the milk is so thick it won’t come out of the teats! Been and bought fast flow teats but it says they start from 6months+ I’m not sure how else to give him the milk if these tests aren’t suitable?? Someone help a mum out🫠🤣💞

If it won’t come out the teats then you need to size up. The age is just a guide based on regular milk

Mam anti reflux bottles/teats! Have used these with my LG and never had a problem and she’s now also on the aptamil comfort milk and no problems with it coming out at all x

Try just standard cheap bottles they might help I've been told this by a number of people

Size 1 or 2 teats of the mam anti colic ones work fine with ours so must be something to do with the Tommy tippee ones maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️ x

Hi when Hv advised to use reflux she said to change to higher teats (teat 2 mam bottles is what I use) as it is so thick. Hope that helps.

My LO is on anti reflux milk and on the tommee tippee bottles we put him on size 2 teat straight away as the milk is thicker that was at about 7/8 weeks

I have the mam size 2 teets for it x

When my little one was on formula . He was on the cow and gate anti reflux.. we used the MAM bottles and only used the size 2 teats but it came out fine for him

Not sure if there's a major consistency difference between cow and gate or aptamil but yeah x

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.

Hi ya'll

Is anyone else's 4 month old randomly screeching now? I'm not sure what to do and she's been doing this for the past two days. She's usually a quiet happy baby so im not sure why she's doing this now. Aby suggestions?
