I keep seeing adverts for various gentle approach sleep courses for babies, has anyone ever bought any of them and have found them helpful? I’ve subscribed to huckleberry but havnt really found that the suggested sweet spots match when my little girl is ready to nap. She’s 12 weeks old 🙂 I just really need some sleep 😴 I would never let her cry and wouldn’t want to do anything that follows that approach 🙂 just keep getting tempted by all these ads that reccomend certain routines or magic ways to aid sleep, but don’t want to waste my money! Xx

I’ve found the pampers one v helpful x

I’m using the huckleberry free trial atm and it’s really useful. I have also tried the taking Cara babies course. I ended up getting a refund as I didn’t think it was worth the money but there was some helpful advice on there. If you wanted to try it they offer a 30 day money back guarantee

Check out heysleepybaby on instagram she has loads of good free advice and information. I took the TCB 0-12 week course and it helped a bit then took the 4 month course that claims to be gentle sleep training but is still just leaving baby to cry - and then regretted taking her 0-12 month course and following any of that horrible woman’s advice! I have taken a few HSB courses and found them much more valuable. So much stuff claims not to be sleep training when actually it is!

I follow Just Chill Mama on Instagram. With my 1st child I bought and followed her 6-9 month course. It gave me the confidence to follow a set approach, because I didn't know what I was doing. She has various different approaches. I followed a sitting in the room and placing hand on baby to settle them, but there was some crying. It's hard to avoid because they're upset at the change. I was back to work and my daughter was waking every 45mins - I was at my wits end! With my 2nd (currently 12 weeks), I've been following her 0-5 month course, which helps to set up good sleep habits. He is so much more settled than his older sister because I understand baby sleep more thanks to the courses

hiya! Thankyou for the info! Is the HSB course you took hey sleepy baby? Xx

yeah that’s the one - it was really good and nothing to do with sleep training!
