Does your baby’s head flop down when they’re asleep in it? I have it titled back as far as it goes, not sure if more padding needs to be removed, I have taken the big newborn wedge out of the back but nothing else

If you add the wedge back in and raise the head rest so the straps come out in line with their shoulders that should help with head flop. It’s poorly worded by Joie but the wedge is the last thing to come out.

They are a bit aggy i agree, but if you do join, you can use the search function and see how other seats look and suggestions made. If that helps. No need to post anything 😊

You can ask joie for a fit check. Rear facing straps should be below the shoulders (unless your manual says different)

Yeah my sons does and he’s nearly 3! Still rear facing but sometimes when he’s asleep his head will go forward if the car accelerates hard or something
