Hi everyone. I haven’t been on here in a while. Just dealing with symptoms. I wanted to see if anyone else is dealing with this. So I feel nauseous throughout the day. Usually I have to eat straight away and the nausea kind of goes down or even goes away. I’m not due a glucose test until December (I’m 11 weeks now). Is this normal or should I be worried?
I’m struggling massively with eating. I can’t stand meat really and I can’t cook raw meat as much as I want. I feel like I’m gonna throw up just typing this. If I can get cooked food from somewhere I can kind of force feed myself. How do you deal with this if you’ve experienced it?

I find I have to graze throughout the day and finding foods that don't make the nausea worse is very hit a miss. Carbs and green veg seem to be the best for me atm but just follow your instincts

I feel nauseous all day long and have to eat to stop feeling like I’m going to throw up. Totally normal!

I felt nausea until the last week or so, until I ate a biscuit/toast/crisps anything beige really. But when I was pregnant with my first I went off chicken, couldn't be near it. And couldn't be around the smell of cooking meat.
I've just done an online shop and the thought of food was making me feel ill.
