I season the steak with garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Then I pan fry it with a bit of mustard (hence the yellowish colour). While they cook at mid heat, I put the sliced onion. It's a Portuguese recipe. A classic in my house
Delicious. Sometimes I add some sliced mushrooms.
