So my daughter is nine months tomorrow & I’ve been using this schedule since she started eating solids (in regards to eating ) .

7 am Wake / 5 oz breastmilk bottle
8-8:30am (usually one hour later ) she’ll have SOLIDS
9:30-10:30 or 11 am NAP
11 am Wake / 5oz breast milk bottle
12:30-1pm. SOLIDS
2:15-3:30pm Wake / 4-5 oz breastmilk bottle
5pm SOLIDS
6pm BATH
7pm. 6 oz breastmilk bottle

She uses her paci throughout the night .

My son listens to music, uses his pacifier as he sleeps (not always but sometimes), and I mix in 1 spoon full of rice or oatmeal cereal in with his formula. I wasn't able to produce breast milk with this pregnancy. I typically feed every 2-3 hours and feed other solids throughout the day as well as milk. I give him snack sticks I got at Walmart as well. He really likes them. My son is just a little over 8 months old now. Birthday is December 21 2022.

I stopped feeding throughout the night for both my babies around 7 months .
You want to increase milk/ food throughout the day to replace the night feeds .

You can either slowly wean during night by giving her paci and p.u.p.d sleep method
Or cold turkey it lol

I stopped feeding through the night since around 4mo I believe. He had 5-6oz of milk and I put oatmeal in each bottle. Now at 8mo, he still sleeps through the night. He has his 6oz only for his morning and night bottle. He has 4oz through the day with his solids and snacks. They do go through an 8mo regression, so that can possibly be why your baby is waking up

We are formula fed & do BLW, but my son is usually up around 8am, has 4-6oz, eats breakfast (usually eggs and some puffs, goes back to sleep has whatever he didn’t drink when he first woke up (usually 2-3oz) by 10am. Sleeps until 11:30-12:30 has another 4-6oz. Eats lunch around 1:45-2pm, has another 2-3oz at nap time sometimes 4oz, around 2-4pm. Wakes around 5-5:30, has dinner around 6-7pm. Has 6oz at bedtime around 8-9pm. He usually wakes up between 4-6am and has 6oz, goes back to sleep until around 7-8am!

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
