Mum 2 Be or Current Mummy classes

Don't know of any in-person classes to recommend, but I found The Baby Academy classes on Insta to be really helpful. There's free introductory classes and then paid classes that are more in depth. Lots of great info on their posts too.

Have a look at belly by rachael on instagram. Associated with the gymbird. They have an online account you can do but also do group sessions. I've been training with Rachael for like a year she's amazing. Does pre and post natal exercise x

I've just finished an in person course with This Mum Hypnobirthing which was group classes in West Derby or you can join on zoom, really recommend for getting more informed about birth options and getting clued up on labour!
