My LO is 15 weeks old, used to sleep really well with 1/2 wakes to feed overnight in the cot, last week and a half he has been sleeping terribly in the cot, the last two nights we had to bed share from 2am because he will sleep longer stretches that way! This sounds normal due to their age and progression but has anyone had luck going back to cot naps after this transition period?

Thanks for sharing all of that Emily. Sounds like the 4 month sleep regression. That’s tough! Baby’s sleep is changing like never before. I would work on putting him down for bed and naps about 10-15 minutes earlier as it will likely help him to settle. Also, I’m hosting a free baby sleep workshop and I’m sure it will give you some insights and solutions to your little one’s sleep. Is it something you’d be interested in learning more about? 😊

certainly open to any advice :)

My little one is the same Emily.
She tossed and turned all night last night & she bed shared with me anyway.
Didn’t make a difference if she was next to me or not, her sleep (& mine) is still terrible.
I think the transition back will be okay. this is normal for them 🤞🏽

I figured as much but I guess reassurance from others gives me hope at this point! Thank you for sharing this with me

You’ve got this mumma! Just remember it’s just a stage - It will pass 🩷

thank you 🙏🏻

My baby is 14 weeks and did this for 10 days, then 2 nights ago went back to 1 wake durring the night but then last night was 4 times. Still a big improvement from the 7+ times for the 10 days. But yes 4 month sleep regression.

Great! I made a page that will show you all that I will go over in the workshop. Check it out here: https://lehighvalleysleepcoach.com/elementor-landing-page-51330/
