Now that we are unofficially over with summer , I need to get back in the gym. I’m truly unhappy with my body,14 month pp and it’s time to shed some pounds and feel good about my body again. I want to work on my glow up and I definitely need to feel good in my skin. Does anyone have some beginners gym routines? I’m planning on going to the gym 2-3x a week for about hour so I have to make that hour count.

so have I, when I was younger. I would live in the gym. I’m trying anything and everything at this point. I’m not sure if the gym will work for me at this point of my life but I have to try. For home workouts, I can’t find the motivation to keep doing them. How do you stay motivated with home workouts?
