17+2 but felt NO movement or kicks, first pregnancy?

I don’t know if I’m over worrying but I’m seeing so many posts about little flutters feelings of kicks/movement… I don’t think I’ve felt any of that 🙁
First baby so not sure if it’s because I don’t know what to expect it to feel like, maybe I’ve missed it. We had our gender scan on Sunday and we have a very healthy baby girl with a strong heartbeat but she’s just not giving her Mumma any kicks or anything! She was moving lots in the womb and my placenta is posterior so I should be feeling things.. right?

Any advice appreciated, just want that magical feeling 🥺

Do you ever get any suddens pains? That's all I've got, it feels like I'm poked but if I wasn't pregnant I'd just think I had a sore kidney or bladder.

Hey I'm having my second child .. with my first child it took me till I was past 20 weeks to feel her kick and move .. with first child can take longer to feel .. this is my second child I'm 17+4 day's.. I'm only just been properly feeling kicks and and punches not fully but slight.... I honestly wouldn't worry Hun as long as she's healthy and strong heartbeat that's main thing .. you'll soon feel them don't worry 🩷

I saw a consultant at hospital last week and she told me to expect kicks around 22 weeks with my first baby. Hope that helps :)

I’m 18 weeks and haven’t felt a thing, haven’t been worried at all. but had early gender scan which was a nice in between reassurance before next scan! Everyone is different so don’t panic 😊

You can feel movement from 16-24 weeks. The advice is that if you haven’t felt movement by 24 weeks, you should seek review from a midwife. So you’ve still got a few weeks yet! It’s totally normal and nothing to worry about.

My midwife said 16-24 weeks. If you haven’t felt anything by 25 weeks speak to midwife. I’m 17 weeks haven’t felt anything but on scans he’s wriggling around and kicking xx

I’m also 17 weeks and haven’t felt anything that I think could be movement yet! Definitely nothing to worry about they say it’s can take longer with your first ☺️

17+3 and felt nothing! Just super bloated! It's good to see others haven't too cause so many say that they have already and it makes me stressed!!

I was close to 20 weeks with my first before movement xx

I’m 36 weeks now but saw this and thought I’d reply too! I felt first kicks (super light!) at about 19 weeks, they got more consistent by about 23 weeks x

Is this normal?

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)
Thank you in advance! 🥰

Anyone else felt like this?

Hi, I’m 4 months postpartum, little one sleeps through the night and is formula fed, the last week I’ve felt extremely tired and very hungry! Just wondered if anyone else has felt this way/experienced this?

Pregnant with baby 2

Hi everyone! I gave birth via emergency c section 9 months ago as my baby boy was measuring big, he pooped inside so there was risk of him inhaling it and I wasn’t progressing past 3cm to have a natural birth and now I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby. I’m having a consultation on Tuesday to talk about birth options and to have any questions answered but I don’t know what to ask. I feel like it would be safer having a c section again but at the same time I don’t want a c section. Does anyone have any question ideas I could ask or any advice/stories of similar situations. Tia

Hey what are your current symptoms?

I’m 37+5

I’m pretty mobile still but anything over a hour or 2 and I’m in discomfort

Getting up from a sitting position is hard

Some of baby’s movements now are bordering on painful especially around my crotch/pelvis

I’m exhausted very easily and nap every single day

Can basically only breathe out my mouth now and I’m snoring and dribbling 😂

Standing in one leg is very painful 😂

Some waves of pain/ tightening but I regular and mild

Low period type aches

And I feel like a fire breathing dragon with this acid reflux

My nose is growing 😂

My fingers swell slightly and go numbs in my sleep so that and constant toilet breaks keep me up ( checked swelling with MW and consultant and all normal, not a worry)

I also do not want to be social in person like I’d rather everyone just be my penpal atm lol

What are your symptoms?
