I’m so uncomfortable and PGP hurts and walking hurts and sleeping hurts and EVERYTHING hurts. As well as obviously just feeling very heavy and my tummy feeling quite tight.
How long after birth, aside from birth-stuff, did you feel relief from how you felt during pregnancy? Not expecting to be running around and going crazy but just want to know roughly how long it might take to feel a bit better?

I was just around 2 weeks because of stitches down there, but with bleeding you don’t really feel right till that stops around week 6

I had SPD & PGP with my 1st and apart from c-section pains my hips instantly felt relieved after birth! It takes a couple of weeks by what I read online back then xxx

Instant after both csections
The first pregnancy last year I was barely able to walk with pgp from 17 weeks, and never had any pains after baby was born.
Second pregnancy I didn’t have pgp anywhere near as bad as the first time but also didn’t feel any further pain from it once baby was born x

Straight away after c-section. PGP, rib pain, foof pain. The lot just went. X

I’m 6 weeks PP and still have some PGP issues 😣 I have been doing lots of heavy lifting and stuff though because of moving house so maybe I would’ve been better by now if I didn’t.. I’m thinking to go back to physio for it

Instantly, I had a vaginal birth. PGP just disappeared

Semi instantly after my son was born although still get the odd twinge of hip pain from it
