I use a bit of warmed up sesame oil and massage through my baby’s hair as much as he will let me before his bath. And then after washing, I’ll add in a few drops of Argan oil to lock in moisture. I only wash once or twice a week.

Aveda nutriplenish light shampoo. Less than a pea size is perfect, the small bottle lasts me several months. And since it’s very hydrating I haven’t needed conditioner. And we use the nutriplenish overnight serum before naps and bed to keep her hair from getting tangled, it’s super light so it doesn’t get heavy in her hair and I put it in a few times a day.
