9 weeks now and I thought we would see longer sleeping windows he still seems to take a feed 8pm 1am and 4am this can vary but he then takes forever to go down after the 4am and usually then by 5.30 he fusses and I can’t get him to sleep well in his crib so has to come up with me. Then he is like awake again around 7ish. Doesn’t really ever sleep more than 3 hours between a feed still… I thought they were meant to go longer at this stage!!

I think I'd rather that. Mine will do a 6 out stint but then really struggle to go back down 🙈🙈

My little girl is 6 weeks and will go 6 hours at night but 3 hours during the day

7 weeks old and will only go max 3 hours in the night and wake for a feed then from 5am, 6.30am and 8am all for feeds 🥴 . 5am seems to struggle to go back to sleep. During the day wanting feeds every 2-3 hours

My little girl is 12 weeks (she was early) and she still sometimes wakes up every 3 hours😭🥺

my bub seems to be exactly the same and also 7 weeks old!

exactly the same for my little one at 9 weeks. After 4am is a battle to go back down 😭

My 7 week old is exactly the same! His first sleep stint is always the longest. He then usually wakes up for two more feeds, i struggle to get him down after both. The last feed he comes in the bed with me if his dad is up for work. It’s really tiring!

My boy is nearly 7 weeks and does 2.5-3.5hrs at night and 1.5-2.5hrs during the day!

what do you end up doing? It’s tough isn’t it

what do you do after the 4am feed?

I do exactly the same he comes in with me!! I’ve tried everything but only when I pick him up to come into bed with me does he settle!

I must say at that 8pm feed we do sometimes struggle to get him to take a full bottle!!

My baby girl is 11 weeks and ever since 2 weeks she goes down between 9:30 n 10 and doesn't wake up until 9 in the morning to co sleep and do dream feeds so I think that helps a lot!

when she wakes at 4/5 she won’t go back go sleep untill 7ish and I’ll spend the next 2/3 hours putting her back to sleep. The minute she lies down she’s awake unless she’s on me.
So now I’ll let her fall asleep on me and then transfer her on the bed next to me for the next nap which will only last an hour anyway as she’s back up at 8/8.30.

I feel you. I put mine back down and he fusses so I usually try the dummy and put the rockit on he may go down for 15/20 mins then back awake again soon as I pick him up he is calm. I cradle him and then transfer him down onto the bed with me, he is still fairly unsettled moved a lot starts doing little cries I have to do lots of hand touches and shhh but he is then not long awake for 7ish to feed again then we’re up for the day and I am shattered!! As really from 4am we aren’t getting sleep!

8 weeks today - last night was a feed at 7:30pm and she stayed asleep until 11:45pm. Then another feed at 2:15am and finally a feed at 6:15am.
We’ve also struggled with that last stint where she’s kicking around in the next to me and generally wide awake so either settle her to sleep on us and transition her or pull her into bed with us. She was a cosleeper up until 2 weeks ago so have no issues with letting her in the bed for one of the stints

5 and a half weeks, he generally only goes 2hrs overnight. And from 6am struggles to go back to sleep and won’t chill out till we go downstairs. Last night we did 8.45pm, 10pm, 1am, 3am, 5am, 6.30am, it’s exhausting as it’s often 45min of being awake to feed, change nappy, burp and get him to drop off again. How do I stretch these feeds out more? When he was younger he was managing 3hrs between feeds.

I'm on 9 weeks and he still wakes every 2 hours, I'm a deadwoman walking at this point 😅

My 7 week old is the same. He is EBF which I don’t know if that makes a difference. He will go from 8/9pm- 2am and then will wake up at 4am and then after that at 6/7am and then that’s when he will want to start his day 🙈 he doesn’t always feed at 6 but he will not settle in the crib after that. He will settle almost straight away after feeds though it’s almost as if he only wants a quick top up and is happy again 😂 I am sure they will settle in their own time.

My girl is 9 weeks, we can get a decent stretch early evening/night by putting her down at 7.30 and dream feeding her at 11. She might sleep to 3/4am then but it’s sometimes not easy to get her back over and she tends to wake again anywhere between 5.30/6.30am and that’s us up for the day. So I go to bed often at 9pm 😂

mine is like this! How is yours at going down for naps?

my 7 week has a feed around 10:30/11 then 4:30/5ish then 8/9ish

Could hve written this myself. My baby is 9 weeks tomorrow and exactly the same pattern

My daughter is 7 weeks and can go about 6 hours between feeds as she has done a few times but mostly it is 3 hours, sometimes 4 depending on how long she fed for the previous feed and how much sleep she had in the day. Its normal for them to still have small gaps between feeds at this age. My eldest didn't start sleeping longer until about 4 months, but she is an awful sleeper in general (16 months now and probably slept through about 5 times ever!). They have so much growing to do right now so need a lot of food. It will happen one day and you'll panic the first few times 😅

this morning he slept from 6am -10.30am! But in my bed, he’d never do this in his crib! 😖

I feel for must of you mums as my boy had been a great sleeper from new born he will go 5 or 6 hours then want a feed but he has been on 150mls from 2 weeks old which I think helps & now he only wakes up for 1 feed at night then back to sleep he goes

I have a 7 week old with the exact same routine!

I’ve been quite lucky with my boy as he falls asleep on the boob and hardly ever needs rocking. At 9 weeks he would usually go down about 9pm wake up at 2.30/3.30 for a quick 10 min feed then back down til 6am another quick feed and awake at around 8.30ish. He’s 12 weeks now and he’s been doing 9pm-5.30am then about 5.40am til 7.30. Lastnight was the first night we got him down for 7.30pm til 3.30 then 3.45 til 7am xxx

I’m on 10 weeks now, and she has done 2 nights with 8 hours stretches so far. Typically she has a feed at 10-11pm, 3-4am and then 7-8am.

My daughter is 11 weeks. She sleeps from 9pm-5am. Goes right back to sleep after a diaper change and feed till 9am. Like clockwork

lucky you!
