Hey Mummas! Here's one for my fellow gym girlies. I'm currently 9 weeks PP after an emergency C-section. I have been back at the gym for 3 weeks, for 4 days a week. I EBF and would love to supplement with creatine again for all its amazing benefits. There is so much conflicting advice online about taking it whilst breastfeeding. So I'm wondering if any of you Mummas take it whilst EBF? ♥️
