They say try to ignore then until you can't ignore them anymore! If you feel they are regular you can time them and see if they have a pattern. But even then, they can stop and start! Xx

Exactly as above. Also depends on position of baby as to where you feel it and how intense.
I'm due next week and been contracting since this morning, so currently sorting childcare for my boys incase she comes tonight, now settling down to watch a film and ignore as long as I can.
The more relaxed you are the faster it happens. Although trying not to arrive at hospital so late this time. 😂 he was almost born in my car x
