Its been 3-4 days I am in a strange state. When I have my breakfast which I don't take straight away in the morning it is usually after 1-2 hours since waking up. I have noticed from last 3-4 days my body just start to feel like in lifeless state. My legs and shoulders start to have pain and I feel like sleeping and lying down. Cant do any daily chores like I used to do before. Cant just sleep or rest as I have 20 months old toddler to look after

I had to start eating first thing in the morning because I felt nauseaus/ too tired, so maybe just try switch up the routine👍
I will try x

I found this happening in early 3rd trimester, to the point where I actually fell asleep at my desk at work in the afternoon. I think it was a sugar spike as I noticed it more if i had quick release carbs or a chocolate bar or something.
I found that aslong as my meal has a decent amount of protein and my carbs are more slow release that I don't get it anymore (porrige really good for the breakfast!). I was worried I had GD but my test came back negative.
Should I avoid carbs?

I don't avoid them, you need them for energy, try slower acting carbs (beans, whole wheat products, brown rice etc) or pair carbs some protein it keeps the energy levels up longer and stops a sugar crash. I did stop eating chocolate bars and biscuits as a found that they definitely caused it.
I would keep a note of when it happens and what you ate prior to it happening then try cutting that out and seeing how you feel.

I'd also mention it to your midwife!
