Milk intake

Hey, my girl is 11 months and is still drinking so much formula. She’s not the best eater and will just snack on most things and hardly ever finishes a meal. Just ends up all in her high chair and on the floor. Anyone else in this situation?

Yes! Glad someone else is in this position. My lg is on 3x 7oz a day and 3 meals but I’m struggling to 1: drop a bottle and 2: find food that she really enjoys enough to finish a whole meal. I find she snacks between breakfast and her tea she won’t sit and eat anything for dinner 😣

ah mines on like 5 6oz bottles maybe even 6! She’s a greedy girl but the same as you she barely eats. Chomps on things but doesn’t actually eat them xx

My lg will eat things but it’s more snacky things like crackers or her crisps or cheese or a yogurt. I don’t know if it’s her teeth that’s hurting her as she’s just had 4 come through at the same time x

Aww bless her! Maybe that’s why then! Xx

My little girl is the same, she has about 5-6 6oz bottles a day and barely touches her food unless it’s a Melty stick then I hat the only thing she’s interested in! So glad to hear other people are in the same position xx

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
