How much does your little one roughly need for a feed?
My HV advised me to start expressing twice a day so my partner can help with feeds (as I was planning on combi feeding and she said this would be a better alternative)
I’m unsure if I’m getting enough for it to be actually a feed for my 3 week old. I get around 50ml-100ml and not sure what to do to increase this if needed.

We were doing about 100ml bottles of expressed milk at three weeks I think. You could try building up the bottles until your supply catches up. So do one a day to start, don't put too much pressure on yourself. Pump first thing and then pump after a feed if you want to try to increase supply. Even if you're not getting much, the stimulation will help your boobs know more is needed.

I started with around this much and it just naturally increased from pumping and now I get anywhere between 140-250ml per pump x
