My nearly 7 month old is still unable to sit up by himself, he either leans too far forward and goes backwards.
He is also not being able to roll over yet, he will go onto his side but won't go any further.
He has never liked tummy time no matter how many times we do it, even with his favourite toys and propt up on a tummy time pillow.
Is anyone else the same boat or similar?
Any advise would be great

Yes my little boy is identical to this. I saw a consultant paediatrician the other day about something else unrelated and he wasn’t concerned whatsoever about the rolling or sitting up.
He just told me he’d do it at his own pace and told me to chill out and enjoy him.

Mine can’t sit up either yet, he’s getting quite strong, he can roll over but only in one direction and can’t roll back, he used to hate tummy time, until 4 months. As above don’t worry they will get their eventually. X

Mine sits... but will not roll. She woke us up howling once when she somehow managed to roll on her belly in the night, but that's been the only time 😅 also has always hated tummy time, which is why she immediately screamed when she ended up on her tum
And now she can sit... she won't lie down willingly at all now 🙃

Mines rolling but definitely no way near sitting! I wouldn’t be concerned, they’ll figure it out soon enough won’t they x
Mine loves tummy time if I lay on the bed or the floor on my back with him in between my legs! X
