Don't let them push you in to a C-section. Babies will still flip positions until like 35-36 weeks. You are way to early for them to be worried about babies position.
My son kept changing his position up until a week or two before he was born at 37+3. My midwife has always told me that if at 35 weeks baby is still breech then would try to flip him but he did it himself.

My baby was breech until my last appointment at 30w4d. I've been walking a lot, trying to improve my posture, and doing the spinning babies exercises like the one you mentioned. I was super excited that she turned, but my midwife said that she might turn back around a few more times before we're close to delivery. All that to say, a c-section isn't inevitable even if you're breech for a few more weeks, and sometimes it's just up to the baby to do its thing!

They can’t turn the baby for u?

manually turning babies should be last resort as it can be harmful and extremely painful. At 30 weeks that would be completely unnecessary since babies can still change positions daily until 35-36 weeks.

oh ok. I think the easiest would be the downwards dog Position but have ur knees on a sofa or a chair.

yes that’s what I told them I won’t allow them to give me a c-section because I’m petrified honestly and I really want him to turn I walk a lot too

yes and see I’m 30 weeks and 2 days and I’ve been doing a lot of walking and moving around

I hate that doctors try to scare people in to unnecessary C-sections. You are so early still I don't know why they are even saying it yet. I'd be concerned if by 34-35 he isn't head down but until then don't stress on it!

yea I explained that to my doctor but she said every time I come it’s the same so at 34 weeks they will try to turn him and if not I have to prepare for a c-section

that's so odd, they seem just set on a C-section. I'd personally tell them that if by 36 weeks baby hasn't turned and manually turning doesn't work, then fine but I wouldn't let them push a C-section until 36 weeks and I've already exhausted all other options of turning baby

Crazy how different some doctors are. I had my appointment this morning (29 weeks) and she believes baby is breech right now but says there’s tons of time for baby to turn and definitely don’t worry about it right now

yes I told her I’m giving it to 36 weeks. I’m not doing nothing before then.
