Breast milk out fridge

I think it's good for 3 or 4 hours. Once baby has started eating it's then an hour. If I need it quicker, I just dunk the bottle in some hot water.

2-4hrs once it is at room temperature. If you can at the moment with the heat we have in UK, I'd say try not to have it out more than an hour before you use it. Even if you need to heat it in some warm water to make it a more comfortable temp for baby to drink. Teh less time you can give it for any bacteria present to grow the better in this heat :)
