Tons of tummy time! If babes are constantly in containers (anything that limits freedom of movement - swings, carriers, bouncers, etc)then they can’t move their bodies and get stronger.

Playmat on tummy or back and i do a lot of playing with Gideon in sitting and standing (he likes to jump a lot) so i hold him during those times
