I hate my belly. I look at myself and feel gross ..I know that it brought my beautiful baby into the world. I wouldn't change a thing.
I just wish that I could see what my husband sees.
Any tips and tricks that anyone recommends??

I recently started putting my pregnancy stretch mark lotion on again and I feel like it's helping repair my skin. Eating healthy is supposed to help skin repair too. I follow a few Instagram pages to learn about exercises and c-section recovery. I really like "Deliciously Fit N Healthy" Instagram page for exercises to work on the core muscles/ transverse abdominals. I really like "c-section recovery coach" Instagram page as well. Above all, it just takes time to heal. 🤍
