Anyone else’s almost 7mo suddenly start waking up a few times a night to eat again?
My baby was sleeping through the night since 4 months, but ever since he learned how to roll last month he has been waking up 2 or more times a night and usually needs to be fed at least once to go back to sleep. It’s always exactly at 3:30am too, he won’t go back to sleep unless I feed him. What can be causing it? I know he doesn’t need to eat cause he was never eating before but he won’t sleep unless I feed him 😭 I’m tiredddd

As for my research sometimes this is due to a growth spurt so sleep regression occurs as well. It should be over in 2 weeks max. Hope this helped

I thought so too but it’s been happening since the second week of august

Yep 🤦♀️ my son wakes ups between 11:30-12:30 every night now.

Every baby is different and they are listening to their hunger cues especially when they are moving more and working out all day. I know it’s tiring and difficult but baby is trying his best too! If worried deff call pediatrician but this sounds normal behavior to me 🥰

Also depends what time you put him to bed and ounces fed before bed as well. My baby does the same 3:30 wake up time lol but he goes to bed at 7pm so he had already slept 8 hrs straight.

If my baby is exhausted and only drinks 4 oz before bed he will wake up at 12 for food but when he drinks 6+ as usual it’s a full 8 hr then he sleeps 2 or 3 more hrs & wakes up at 6am

Totally normal for baby to need a night feed at this age, especially when growing

The last 3 nights have been brutal…

YES except it’s been 2 months😭 I do not know what to do anymore he wakes up Fr at 11, 1, 3, 5, 6, 8 I feel like I haven’t had sleep in forever lol

My girl was sleeping through the night at 3 months and then 4month regression hit and ever since she’s been back to waking multiple times a night 🙃

Oh yeah🥲
A week ago my baby learned how to push herself to sitting from laying and learned how to pull herself up to stand. Since then she’s been waking up more at night. But my girl also had been sleeping from 8/8:30pm-7am before this so it’s rough😅
I think they just get more restless when they learn new skills. Or it could be that and a growth spurt?🤷♀️
Hopefully it gets better soon🤍
