This is my first time staying at home and not working and it feels so debilitating to not be contributing financially. We are lucky enough my husband has a great job and really enjoys being the provider. He’s always offering things to spoil me but I know we can’t afford them so I just say no. It’s so sweet but I’m starting to get frustrated not having somewhat of an income. I know my worth isn’t how much I make but i was raised to believe the only lazy people don’t work and I’ll work that out in therapy one day but in the mean time, does anyone have any work from home opportunities they know about? I have a bs in public health and have 3 years experience in case management but not even entry level customer service positions will get back to me on interviewing. Does anyone have any advice?

Look for local WFH jobs in you community that will require in person training then move to WFH. Your county make have a local workforce with postings instead of using indeed, Craigslist ie
Many of the other companies are scams or overloaded with applications.
I WFH as a single mom and no childcare during COVID and had panic attacks. My son had to go in daycare by 10 months because there was no way I could do both.
My child needed my attention and sometimes I now blame his delays on also having to work and allowing him screen time.
Remember if your child got sent to daycare, those individuals would be paid. So your not “lazy.” There is no replacement of the mother when it comes to caring for the child.
