When do you start to feel pretty again after having a baby?
I’m four months postpartum and I don’t feel or look like myself.

Still struggling 2 years down the line. Worst thing that you're not warned about when becoming a mum ☹️

I was warned that you don’t feel yourself but didn’t realise how much it’d affect me. I’m 16wks pp and the insecurity is setting in. I felt the most body confident I ever have during pregnancy and didn’t think I would, so this part has come as a bit of a shock.

I’m feeling like this, I’m extremely lucky to have lost all my pregnancy weight and another stone, but I feel bigger than every.
I hate my hair, my skin is horrible and I look like I’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards most days 😢
We’re going to a wedding in 4 weeks and i’m dreading it. x

I’m with you on this one, you’re not alone! Also 4 months PP and don’t recognise myself or feel like myself. My mum took a photo of me the other day and I just felt awful after seeing it. Worst thing is I’m trying so hard, I’m going to the gym, eating in a calorie deficit and trying to shift the weight but nothing is making me feel better! I think it’ll just take time, try and do things that make you feel good like having a pamper night, getting dressed up and having a drink with the girls (or not if you don’t drink) it’s really tough and not spoken about enough but I hope you are okay mama 🫶🏽
